Many teams, one club

A handball club with men's, women's, and several youth teams also has an active board. Each coach plans training, matches, and team meetings — while the club organises tournaments, Christmas parties, and workouts for everyone.

Without central structure that used to mean: five different WhatsApp groups, overlapping schedules, and announcements that didn't reach everyone. The youth coach didn't know when the men's A team played away. The board struggled to see how active individual teams really were.

In Spielzeit Ninja each team has its own group with its coach as admin. Training and matches are planned there, RSVPs run per event. The club chat reaches all members at once — for important announcements, hall closures, or membership fee deadlines.

The board sees all teams in the club overview and keeps track via attendance reports. Per team it becomes clear who's regularly there — helpful when planning the new season. Less coordination chaos, more time on the court.
