Reporting a Bug
If you have encountered a bug, the following structure helps me understand and fix the issue more quickly:
- What happened? – Briefly describe what you were doing before the error occurred.
- What did you expect? – What should have happened in your opinion?
- Error messages – Copy the exact wording of an error message or attach a screenshot.
- Device and version – Let me know whether you are using iOS or Android, and which app version you have installed (found in the app settings).
The more information you include, the faster I can help you.

Delete Account
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app under Settings → Account. If something doesn't work, just get in touch using the contact above.
